Find an ATM with cash, before you walk there - on Android, and on the web for iPhone and laptop.

●The everyday problems I kept seeing
Cash is still part of daily life: the vegetable vendor, the auto ride, the shop that prefers notes. But getting cash has become a gamble. You walk to the nearest ATM and find a "No Cash" board. You try the next one and it is out of order. You finally find a working machine, and it only has ₹500 notes when you needed ₹100. And if you want to deposit cash instead, finding a working CDM is a hunt of its own. Every failed trip costs time, and you only discover the problem after you have already made it.
These are the situations Cashkaha is built for:
●My answer: Cashkaha
Cashkaha shows crowd-reported cash status on a live map, on Android and the web. Open it and you see the ATMs around you with their latest status: cash or no cash, which notes, and whether the deposit machine works. Walk to the one people just reported. After your visit, one tap updates everyone else - people helping people, one report at a time. The screens on this page are from the real app, live in Junagadh.
●What it solves
●How it works, step by step
●How reporting keeps it honest
●The app, up close
The Android app is live: nearby ATMs on the map, each machine’s latest reports and notes (₹100/200/500, CDM, UPI cash), directions to the exact spot, and one-tap reports that earn points when you sign in with Google.

●Built with
An Android app and a web app share one fast backend, so a report made in either shows up for everyone straight away.
●Sharing is what makes it work
A crowd-powered service is only as useful as the number of people who know about it. One person's report can help many others; a whole locality reporting keeps an entire area's status fresh. Now that Cashkaha is live, the most valuable thing you can do is share it - with family, friends, colleagues and local groups in Junagadh. Every person who joins makes the next "No Cash" surprise less likely for everyone.
●The road ahead
Cashkaha is live now in Junagadh, with nearly 100 ATMs across the city on the map. Next up: the WhatsApp bot, the Play Store listing, and more Indian cities as the community grows.
